International delivery

International Delivery
We offer international delivery to Europe and destinations outside Europe. We do not currently ship to countries where delivery is restricted by applicable laws, sanctions, or our shipping partners.

Europe: Delivery fee €20. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days, Monday to Saturday, after payment is received. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

Outside Europe: Delivery fee €50. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery in Ukraine

We would like to inform you that we offer delivery services for goods across Ukraine through our trusted partner, "Nova Poshta". The delivery process includes registration, collection, and shipment of the order within two days from Monday to Saturday, after receiving the payment.

Please note that the recipient is responsible for the cost of the delivery, as per the rates of the carrier's company. Once the order is dispatched, we will provide you with a TTN (waybill) number via email, which can be used to track the parcel.
