Shipping policy

International Delivery
We would like to inform you about our international delivery services. Please note that we do not currently deliver to countries where shipping is restricted by applicable laws, sanctions, or our shipping partners.

Delivery within Europe:
Orders within Europe are shipped through reliable courier services, such as PPL and DPD. The delivery fee is €20. Orders are processed, prepared, and dispatched within 2 business days, Monday to Saturday, after receiving the payment. Delivery usually takes approximately 3-5 business days, depending on the destination.

International Delivery outside Europe:
For destinations outside Europe, including the United States, Canada, and other countries worldwide, the international delivery fee is €50. Orders are shipped through reliable international courier services. Orders are processed, prepared, and dispatched within 2 business days, Monday to Saturday, after receiving the payment. Delivery usually takes approximately 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.
Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, which can be used to track your parcel.

Delivery in Ukraine
We would like to inform you that we offer delivery services across Ukraine through our trusted partner, Nova Poshta.
The delivery process includes order processing, preparation, and shipment within 2 business days, Monday to Saturday, after receiving the payment.
Please note that the recipient is responsible for the delivery cost according to Nova Poshta’s current rates.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a TTN (waybill) tracking number via email, which can be used to track your parcel.
